    Founded in Bangalore

    ARTJS established as an Associate Training Provider (ATP) on 09.03.2009 — a Proprietor concern under the Commercial Establishment Act, 1961, Department of Labour, Government of Karnataka.

    Incorporated as Private Limited

    On 30 May 2011, the organisation was incorporated under the Companies Act 1956 as M/s. Apparel Retail Training and Job Solutions Private Limited — formalising operations to scale across new skill domains.
